Pointless
I found 2 different shift that were IN MY CITY after I entered my location. Guess what I was told? “This job is too far away, find shifts closer to you”. Make it make sense. Deleted the app as it is useless to me
Not paying out!
The app pays me when it wants to and feels like it. I work gigs and sometimes I get paid and other times I don’t. It’s really frustrating to go and work somewhere for free.
payment thru branch is a scam
i’ve had a Gig smart account for several years. Before they attach this branch account app for fast money payout, the app was working just fine. Payout was just fine. Now with this new branch service, it created a scam to steal your money. I had $241 that’s owed to me and still hasn’t been from using this branch app service that they force you to use and you have no connection to any type of any situations to contact them to get immediate service to resolve the issue. I think if anybody that downloads Gig Smart should be very careful and honestly when you have to be careful with apps like this when it comes to money, I wouldn’t even do it but hey, I can’t tell you what to do.

Started off okay and good
So I truly enjoyed this app and the jobs I worked were great and very helpful but I had one no call no show because of a tooth infection and had been in bed and very ill so I completely forgot and missed a shift my fault there for sure but every bid I’ve put in since is ignored and now I can’t even get a single opportunity! Kind of bogus.

Payout Issues
Of course the buyer approved the work instantly, but the quick payout failed due to old card in the system. Updated the new card number and it will not go through. Only allows to retry send payment once every hour to the minute.Branch says it’s a Gigsmart problem and Gigsmart acts like it’s a Branch issue. Give me my money!

As soon as a job post and you apply, when you go back to check right after it says do not show up job has been filled. Waste of time

Most gigs are already filled. App is a big waste of time. Only rating 5 stars so this can be seen.
After I did the app update I can’t even get back in after the app made duplicate profiles

New update won’t allow me to bid!
The new update is a downgrade it won’t let you select what shifts you want to vote for it automatically just allows you to bid for next day only this is a nightmare!!!

BEWARE - UNPAID FOR COMPLETED WORK
I completed multiple jobs through GigSmart days ago and opted for the immediate pay feature (which includes a fee), yet I still haven't been paid. I have sent multiple emails and reached out to Axon, but I am being completely ignored. It is unacceptable to keep someone’s hard-earned money while ignoring support tickets. Avoid this app if you actually need to be paid on time for your bills

Absolutely not.
Low paying jobs, automatic counter bidding and price matching shifts that you can’t accept because they have a million hoops for you to jump through between the “INSTANT ACCEPT” button whenever the banking app they force you to use won’t even let you make an account through it. I had this app for around a year trying to see if it would ever be worth it but it’s not even worth the space in my phone.

Worst Gig App
Not exactly sure it allows people to put in a “bid” for a position that’s already been filled. If it’s been filled, the gig should be deleted but instead the apps has you fill out 30+ bids that aren’t even available

Been trying to contact them for days. There is no one that can help urgently. No contact number.
