Needs some tweaks to be useful on MacOS
Was excited to see this in MacOS but not really effective for work with our new phone system. MacOS doesn’t recognize it as a phone app so you can choose it as an option for telephone links in our medical software. Cutting and pasting doesn’t work either, only manually clicking or typing the full number.

Disappointing
Texting works okay most of the time. Calls don’t even ring and show up as missed calls. When you do have one ring and you try to pick it up it drops before you can say hello.
Works Great 15% of The Time
Our entire office switch over to GigTel a few years ago and when a lot of us started working from home it seemed like the easy choice because the app should have made it seamless. EXCEPT my calls are constantly dropped, most of the calls have an echo, sound digitized or have a lot of feedback, it drains your phone battery and it freezes which then prompts you to delete and redownload the app approximately 10 times a week. If they can get even most of these issues figured out it would be a great tool but most days I want to just throw my phone.
