App Doesn’t Work Properly
I got this app almost a month ago and this is how it went so far… I did 3 jobs just to learn about how it works and see if I’m really going to get paid. 2 of the jobs are still pending and the last one the location pin was incorrect so I filled out the info to report the pin was wrong. It didn’t go through correctly. The app won’t let me upload a profile picture or edit anything on my profile information. Support center asks too many questions that don’t pertain to my issues and there is no Facebook page or group to ask for help. I’m very disappointed so far because I really wanted this app to work. If anything changes I will come back and update my review.

Two gigs done after waiting about a year for gigs to become available
I downloaded this app a long time ago but there were never any gigs available in my area. Today a few were finally added so I did two. I haven’t been paid yet so I’m not sure if it’s legit for sure but the gigs were simple and the instructions were thorough. If it gets approved I’ll update my review so whoever reads this can know the whole deal.

I took *WAY* too long to update this review, sorry GigWalk team! Y’all definitely deserve the 5 stars and I just wanted to make sure I came back to clarify that fact :)
I have been using GigWalk for years now, and absolutely love it. It’s not a main income source but it’s great for a secondary stream to get some extra spending money. I check the app whenever I’m going out and about and if there’s a Gig nearby, I apply(usually they get assigned instantly, from my personal experience,) do the quick few tasks, submit it, and it typically gets approved within a day or two. The best part is that the money gets paid super fast and goes right to my PayPal, which is super convenient!
I do have other task-based apps that I use but GigWalk is easily the best one, hands-down!

very long process
My gig got approved on the 14th day after completing the view and now I am on day 15 and still have not received a payment. This is not worth it at all. People do not want to wait weeks to get paid. I will not be doing this again.

After completing my first gig, all I wanted was some kind of sign or message or email from a real human. It’s been 6 days since i submitted the gig and I haven’t heard a peep. Attempted to contact the company via email and directly by commenting on the gig multiple times. I even tried tweeting at them. It seems this company is not in business! DO NOT INSTALL (Oh I also still haven’t been paid).

It keeps crashing and won’t let me register
Since yesterday, I’ve been receiving email links to click on to verify my email so I can create a login. All it keeps doing is pulling up the app login page and freezing, and won’t let me click on anything. I then try to refresh the app and start all over with the issue.

The email link doesn’t work. It sends me to a blank page or a page where I cannot enter anything.
Horrible app.
First off, If your not in a huge area you will have jobs 100+ miles away for $20?? 😂. Second, if I use my gas money to go somewhere an do something for a payout why would I want to wait two weeks for a review, then another week for the direct deposit???

I downloaded this because the Mom’s at Work newsletter promoted it. However, when I try to create an account it sends me the activation link, but the link just takes me to a blank screen. I finally deleted the app after two days of trying.

i mean , it works . but there’s not many gigs and the 2 weeks (!!) it takes to review gigs and extra week or so for payout isn’t really worth it . for example i did two $10 gigs about 8 days ago and they haven’t even been reviewed for approval just download the FIELD AGENT app it’s much faster

Terrible App
This app is terrible I signed up but I had to receive an invite from the app - during sign up the app only ask for the email no password - using the invite link only take you to login not completing the sign up process - overall there no way to log in because when I tried forgot password, the app said the email has to be activated. Please fix it

I would be super careful about using this company for work. I still haven’t been paid and there’s no way to reach out to anybody other than one single email and I have yet to receive a response.
