They step on toes for new customers and security is way too strict to expect good reviews. It’s a app that want you to play around before taking big money. Who’s to say if you join today you won’t get a hold on acc for 1-1500$
Solid overall, albeit only for lower tax brackets
If you get paid freelancing a few k a month, this app would work as it is very convenient and simple.
Lacks integrations and there is a need for more functionality, I’m sure those will come with time.
Support is good and overall it’s a solid concept/app.
However, for all the higher tax bracket folk, stay away. Averaged over 6 figures per month the past few years, and this account survived exactly 3 weeks of usage before getting hit with a limit/lock review akin to a tier 3 Amazon seller velocity review - that’s to say, more invasive than facebook’s data collection

Jarrard or what ever his name closed my account and held my funds because he claims the area I was in was a high risk area, like what in the helll does that have to do with me. Do not trust this app. STAY AWAY!! Only rated 5 stars so it would pop up
Poor customer service application process
I sent in all identification documents as well as providing business information. The most painful process was attempting to upload all my necessary documents for my business. It would not allow me to upload documents only pictures. All my documents are pdf because there are more than one page. I contacted support informing them of this issue but instead of contacting me back or looking at my application or my support request it was push through the automated system and immediately decline. There is no point of offering applicants to contact support if you’re not going to respond.
