They step on toes for new customers and security is way too strict to expect good reviews. It’s a app that want you to play around before taking big money. Who’s to say if you join today you won’t get a hold on acc for 1-1500$
Solid overall, albeit only for lower tax brackets
If you get paid freelancing a few k a month, this app would work as it is very convenient and simple.
Lacks integrations and there is a need for more functionality, I’m sure those will come with time.
Support is good and overall it’s a solid concept/app.
However, for all the higher tax bracket folk, stay away. Averaged over 6 figures per month the past few years, and this account survived exactly 3 weeks of usage before getting hit with a limit/lock review akin to a tier 3 Amazon seller velocity review - that’s to say, more invasive than facebook’s data collection

Jarrard or what ever his name closed my account and held my funds because he claims the area I was in was a high risk area, like what in the helll does that have to do with me. Do not trust this app. STAY AWAY!! Only rated 5 stars so it would pop up
Poor customer service application process
I sent in all identification documents as well as providing business information. The most painful process was attempting to upload all my necessary documents for my business. It would not allow me to upload documents only pictures. All my documents are pdf because there are more than one page. I contacted support informing them of this issue but instead of contacting me back or looking at my application or my support request it was push through the automated system and immediately decline. There is no point of offering applicants to contact support if you’re not going to respond.

Being one of the first industries to shut down during the pandemic, I wasn’t in a good financial position to invest let alone take on more expenses for my business. When you think about it, we pay to collect money and it’s often very confusing with lots of hidden fees. When I fist heard about Gigzter, I thought it was too good to be true, I mean they offered a fixed rate of 1.5% on all cards including instant funding. I decided to give them a try and happy to say all of our employees now have full health insurance!! How? The money we were able to save in processing allowed us to finally have some extra cash which we have turned around and gave back to our fabulous team. I am glad to finally see a bank that cares for the small business. I look forward to confusing doing business with Gigzter for many years.

I can’t recommend Gigzter enough for your business banking needs. It’s only a 1.5% fee per charge which is incredibly cheap compared to its competitors and payments are deposited in your account immediately. It’s super user-friendly, easy to customize how you like and the layout looks great and organized. I definitely suggest using Gigzter to all small business owners!

We have been with them for lesser than a month, but I am confident to say that they deserve much more recognition. Prompt and amazing solution and they are always so nice about everything. Their banking partner can be obnoxious, but the platform and app is something that every small business should be using. Cut my fees in half, highly recommend
Highly recommend this app if you are a small business owner like me. The fee of 1.5% is much lower than those from the other solutions such as stripe/paypal/etc. Also, you get the money instantly on your account. Love that you can use different payment request depending on what is easiest for your customer (qr/sms/email). App is easy to use, they have been adding new features constantly so I am excited to see what else is coming.

Changing game for small businesses
I started using Gigzter initially to lower my transaction costs. For 10 years we have been using Stripe and PayPal who charge crazy high fees for our transactions even though we have had zero fraud and zero charge backs over the years. Our customers use credit and debit cards, but we get charged the same high rates for both. Enter Gigzter and we have basically been able to cut our transaction fees IN HALF for all transactions we move through their platform. We plan to move as much of our business as possible to them as they build out new features and integrations. But this is game changing, they are building a solution that allows small businesses to keep more of their hard earned money. What I didn’t expect, but am beginning to appreciate more, is the functionality they have to also serve as a bank. When I signed up I received a Gigzter debit card. Ok, looks cool. But I have a bank. I was used to getting money in Stripe and PayPal, and then transferring it to a business bank account in 2-3 business days. As I learned more and got comfortable using the app, I realized Gigzter also comes with a bank account number and routing number, and that this actually is ALSO A BANK ACCOUNT. Hmm… Some habits are hard to break… I have a pretty good system for payroll, accounting, paying credit cards, paying myself, etc. with my existing business bank. But when I use the app I get lower fees, I get my money instantly deposited for same day access, and now I can get money in and out to pay credit card bills, run payroll, and link to other accounts? Yeah, I’ll give it a try… So as we have been doing more volume through Gigzter I have been leaving money in the account, and using it to pay for regular business expenses, just like a bank account - because it is a bank account. If I was a newer business starting up, I wouldn’t have a second bank account. Gigzter is a really simple payment and banking solution for new businesses. At the moment we still use Stripe, and PayPal for new transactions that come through on our website, and Gigzter for offline transactions, group sales, and repeat customers. My hope is that Gigzter keeps building out their solution to take on a wider range of payment scenarios/integrations. The app has been easy to use, but I have noticed considerable improvements in recent weeks, including responses to suggestions we made. These guys are on the right trajectory.

If your tired of opening all kinds of accounts for your customers? Tired of the high fees for accepting credit or debit cards? This app is a must for small business owners and I love it.
They understand small and micro businesses
I’m writing this review to help other small and micro business owners. I got GigZter initially just for the business credit card because it was cheap, but wound up using their whole app package and am pleasantly surprised with how good they are.
Some solid pros:
⁃ their credit card is seriously inexpensive and easy to set up, especially when you compare them to the big banks. I get real time reports about my spending which is a good thing when cash flow is touchy like it has been with the pandemic.
⁃ They keep adding functionality so that I can run my business better and faster. My new favorite is the express pay for those customers in a rush.
⁃ The one time I did contact them, I got someone who knew small business needs and helped me get my problem fixed fast. He also didn’t tell me it was user error even though it totally was.
⁃ I GET PAID RIGHT AWAY! No waiting 3 days for my money.
⁃ Their fees are super low compared to the credit card processors like Elavon and Square. This has driven up my credit card receipts, which is great because I GET PAID RIGHT AWAY!
Some cons:
⁃ My initial setup was quick but I did have to be careful to be accurate, which is a pain for me
⁃ My brick and mortar bank took 5 days to fund my GigZter account. Be prepared for that if you plan on going with them.
⁃ They need to work on reporting tools. Every time I log on to the app they’ve improved stuff so this might become dated soon, but right now getting stuff to the bookkeeper can be a challenge.
I’d strongly recommend these guys if you’re a small or micro business. They know we’re dealing with a different set of requirements and are serious about meeting our needs.
