Bad App, worse service.
If half the bikes worked it could be fun but we watched locals and tourists try several bikes at several stations and fail. Support response was vague or never came. Local shops say they stopped renting when GijonBici started. Even our in-Spain phone numbers failed. Bikes look OK but if you need more than 1 it’s not worth the headache. Bike services are a great way to see a city…this one needs a lot of improvement.

App unusable: did not receive confirmation code on my US number
Did not receive confirmation code on my US number. I tried it with three valid numbers, none worked. They were typed correctly. Hence the app is useless. I do not understand why the app does not support email based confirmation codes.
Could not sign up
Was not able to sign up, code was not texted to me to complete sign up process.
