Gildongmu is a Korean navigation app designed with screen-reader users as its primary users. The entire flow, from search to place details to route guidance, is fully accessible with VoiceOver. Features - Place and address search: accuracy-first results with category and region filters - Routes: set your origin and destination, then compare transit and driving routes as plain text - Nearby: real-time subway and bus arrivals, bike share, night clinics, kid-friendly places, barrier-free attractions, surroundings - Station info: facilities, elevator and audio-beacon locations, first and last train times, real-time arrivals - Where am I: your current location described in plain sentences - Weather: current weather and air quality - AI chat: ask about places and routes in natural language, with sources for every answer - Dictation: on-device speech recognition, with a choice of tap-to-toggle or hold-to-talk styles Accessibility principles - Everything is text and lists, structured so VoiceOver can move element by element - Heading navigation lets you jump through results and conversations - Dictation and read-aloud answers reduce the effort of typing and reading - "None found", "no information", and "lookup failed" are always told apart - Available in Korean, English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Japanese Service region - Location-based features (Nearby, Weather, Where am I) are available within South Korea.
