They just do not answer support requests!
Update. Again...So I gave it another chance. 🙄 I have been playing, and tolerating. NOW it flashes a screen every time I open the app that says "you must update."
The button does nothing! And if you go to the support link in the app it sends you to a broken Facebook link!
AMATEUR HOUR! Literally nothing works properly in this app and support is a joke!
Final nail in the coffin! OK so I got fairly far. But now, every time I change screens, spin a wheel, choose an avatar, when I come back to select a game, it is defaulted to the $60k card shark buy-in. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! It never did that before. It always persisted my last selected game level. All of a sudden, now that big money is unlocked, the game basically tricks you into that big spend. If you are not careful, you can lose $65k in a second by just not expecting to get switched into big money. And honestly, the opponent knocked on the third card. TOTAL SCAM! Guarantee that was not a human opponent and set up to steal $60k.
IMMEDIATELY DELETED THE GAME AFTER THAT!

Second Update (for the QA team). I mentioned the game does not recognize your gin until you sort. But if you get Super Gin it DOES recognize it. Removed another star for QA fail and for inconsistency.
Update. Had to come back and remove a star. If you log in with Apple, it pulls your account name. I don't want my real name shown! So you can change your profile name. But then if you exit and come back, it does not retain your entered profile name. Just bad lack of basic programming.

Used to be fun
I’ve been playing for some time but now find the game less fun due to players who use cheats to see your cards. Players also are allowed to hold “gin” in their hand until you knock and then the player under knocks. The game has now started crashing after picking an opponent which causes me to lose the bet for that game.

I used to love playing this game BUT there been quite a few times where I would be playing & try to rearrange my cards in sequence & it will not move the cards to display correctly thus causing me to lose the game. This is getting ridiculous, I have thought about deleting this game because of that. When than happens , only way I can get rid of it is to restart my phone. Don’t know how much longer I will keep playing this game also keeps freezing & it automatically discards a card that I didn’t want discarded. This game is getting worse by the day I’m changing my rating. This is the worst game there is it keeps freezing up and you cannot discard you not cannot clean your Gin Rummy status or nothing. I would delete the game and start over but then you lose everything you had. You need to fix this immediately. I’m revising my review IF I could give this game no stars I DEFINITELY WOULD. This game has caused me to lose so many games by NOT letting me rearrange the cards to form a suit. I’m very SERIOUSLY think of not playing this game anymore. I hope it’s not doing anyone else like this. I’m glad I’m not paying for this game or I would most DEFINITELY ask for a refund I don’t think I could recommend this game for now. Ich habe schon mehrfach den Eindruck gehabt, dass man hier mächtig über den Tisch gezogen wird! Obwohl der Gegner eigentlich sehr viel schlechter ist, bekommt er über mehrere Spiele hintereinander viel bessere Karten!

Far too many crashes!!!
I do like this game however there are sooooo many crashes when it freezes in the middle of the game and you lose , often when you actually won or are winning. With the tournaments aka tiny rumble rush it’s impossible to play as either you can not see any cards to play, or the game is stuck so you can not play your hand and miss your turns then obviously loose….
Another thing are the bots which You seem to play 90% of the time?!

Opponent doesn’t match what amount of coins I put into the game.
This game freezes in between turns way too much. Plus I have been on level 137 since the 1500 th win, I am on game 3275. Every since they have updated it been worse.
