Prizes Not Awarded

So I just checked this game out, and made a small cash deposit. The payout structure is a little vague, but I gave it a try. Well, the entey fees are deducted right away, but the prizes are not rewarded right away, if at all. I will provide an updated review, depending upon how this is resolved. I have contacted their support, which is a message box without a live agent.
