サポートの対応が一切ない

GMOコインからGincoアプリへxrpを送金。今までは即時反映していたが、数日着金がない為、GMOコイン側にはに宛先間違いなしである事とトランザクションIDを確認のうえ、送金済であることを確認。
こちらで確認すべきことは全て確認し、サポートにメールをするも4日間以上何の反応もなく、xrp40万円分が着金しない状態。ひどすぎます。

取引所から送金した仮想通貨が反映されないので、送金処理完了のトランザクションID添付したメールをサポートに送ってもいつまで経っても完全シカト。
