The app is not working, impossible to upload the documents. Tried the iphone and Android version, neither one lets you to finish registration.

This app feels like it was developed 20 years ago. Why does it make you log in after fifteen minutes of inactivity?? When I want to check the live videos of my pups while away, I’m constantly having to log in. Why can’t I remove pets from my account? It’s bothersome to see the names of my pups who passed over the rainbow bridge still showing up when I log in. How is this app the best Petsuites can find?

Inaccurate Bookings
At a bare minimum, this app should allow you to accurately select dates for pet boarding. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. The confirmation screen shows the dates one day off from the options selected on the calendar dropdown leading me to mistakenly book the wrong dates and call the boarding facility directly.

Okay
This app allows me to book appointments, but I can only do two days at a time. It will also not allow me to request a nail trim. It needs work.
Videos never work
This application never works for live video feeds. If you're hoping to see your pet live on this application, it will work 5% of the time, if you're lucky. We boarded our pet at All American Pet Resort in Greensboro, and I wish I would have been told I would not be able to see my pet during our trip.

Clunky
Having to scroll through all of the pet breeds to get to W is to time consuming. It should have the ability to type. The agreement page shows all smashed letters and you can’t read it.
Still cannot book multiple days at once
The app doesn’t work for booking multiple groom sessions at once. It would be significantly more user friendly if it did.
Lots of issues with the app
Lots of glitches. App doesn't function as smooth as the website application. Visually data and information is skewed so you can't always read everything. Log off button isn't displayed. There's a number of issues I passed along to the company and I assume they're working on it.
Report card - Audio wont play
This app is clunky and has options that aren’t even useful for the purpose of checking on my pet while he’s at daycare. The shop is outdated and doesn’t show accurate options offered by the facility. Audio wont play for the videos uploaded to the report cards, if you can even get the video to load in the first place. To contact support is a joke and the FAQ articles aren’t helpful at all. Had to resort to writing a review in hopes the developer will see it.

Too many logins
The app is just ok not great. Why is login required every couple weeks? There no financial or personal data stored in the app. Should limit logins to once a month at most.

The last few months I’ve been nothing but frustrated. I’ve been told the app is getting a revamp (by our daycare) only to continue to be disappointed. It logs me out after 15 minutes which makes it useless for check-ins on my dog during the day. Booking was already multi step process and now I have to log in every single time. So ridiculous. It’s 2026. Get with it.

Absolutely awful. Login on is a hot or miss situation. Most times it does not work.
Viewing
You used to be able to zoom in on different areas. Now the only thing you can see when you zoom in is the middle of the picture. Please fix this.
App Login Needs Work
Overall, the app does what it does. The app does not allow for Face ID login so you have to enter in username and password EVERY time since it logs you out after 15 minutes. No option to stay logged in. Please add some options for making regular things like daycare settings to auto-populate if they are the same each time.

Reinstate remembered login. Having to login every time is annoying.
