Having set up an account every time I go to sign in it says this account is already registered… yes I know I’m trying to sign in not set up an account! Can’t access the app
Rubbish!
This App is useless. I have emails acknowledging my membership but when trying to log in I get various messages saying this user does not exist. I’ve carefully inputted my details and changed passwords many times to no avail. I give up!
Cannot Change Favourite Restaurant in App
When I downloaded the App the Leeds Restaurant wasn’t open so I Choose First Kitchen in Manchester as my favourite. I wish to change it to Gino’s in Leeds but are unable too. I even asked the staff in Leeds to do it which they said that they had but it hasn’t changed. I therefore only receive marketing from Manchester & not Leeds which will probably be loosing business for the Leeds restaurant. Also had 75 messages about updating my app. Poor App, badly supported & Gino deserves better imho.

So Many Update Notifications
Despite installing the update yesterday, I have been inundated with 20 or 30 requests to update. Decided to switch off notifications now.
