Too many apps
Not sure why they keep making new apps instead of just updating the one they have, and then the old sign in either doesn’t work or requires a new login each time as well. Inconvenient and outside of industry standard
Not user friendly
Diamond member cannot always get into the app. Tells me to download new app which I have already done information not always correct
All good..
Was no clear I had to re register account on initial download! Until a later build made this more clear..

Hi Max, we are here to help with any access issues. In order to access the new chapter of Club IR you will need to sign up for a new account, and we will then connect your new app to your existing tier automatically - just ensure you use the same email address.
