Missing food
I have always said that Gino’s does the best food in Whitby but of late I have to say I’m very disappointed. I’m sick of spending £25 to £30 a time to find items missing from my order or only getting half portions on chips. Tonight (Saturday) missing food again but this time when I tried to call Gino’s I believe the phone had been taken off the hook after trying to contact them for 20 minutes.

Put an order in last night,4 pizzas and 2 chips,to be delivered asap,we had to phone as it was 20 mins after time,when food arrived,mine was over cooked,they we’re cold.as if they were missed.
Good restaurant, app lacks payment options
The app is great, easy to use menu system, would be great if it could be updated to accept card or PayPal or Apple Pay. Food is always great from ginos and swift delivery every time.
