Bought this on Facebook and the app wouldn’t download. It said once you download, you will automatically be logged in after paying I could not download the app. It was not clickable if I downloaded the app myself through the Apple Store I had to pay again I’m contesting I tried to email them and the email got kicked back as fail. Don’t waste your time or money. You can’t get a hold of a live person disputing charges.

I brought a package and meant to allow me 10 photos but only allowed me to use it once after I paid, emailed them but heard nothing I have even followed up

I have tried going through your contact page and it is a loop and frustrating. Please help.
I have an active GIO Premium Yearly subscription purchased through Apple for $29.99, which remains active until 15 March 2027.
When I purchased the subscription, the Premium subscription included two AI photoshoot packs per week. This is also consistent with GIO’s own published responses describing the Premium subscription as including two photoshoot packs per week.
My account is now showing a balance of 0 credits and is asking me to purchase additional credits to generate photoshoots.
I have already paid for my annual Premium subscription on the basis of the benefits offered when I subscribed. I therefore don’t believe I should now have to make additional purchases to access the photoshoot allowance that formed part of that subscription.
Could you please restore the photoshoot entitlement applicable to my existing annual subscription through to 15 March 2027, or explain how the equivalent weekly allowance is now being provided under the new credit

No option for anything free or even to try for free before buying. Waste of time.
Super hard to cancel subscription BEWARE
I enjoyed it momentarily but eventually changed my mind. No way to cancel. That’s awful.

Could not get support after they charged my card but never gave me access to my image. I have emailed several times to ensure my subscription is canceled and they keep telling me to cancel through my email confirmation that included a cancellation link which it did not and the app doesn’t show a cancellation link either. The worst service ever! Never again!

SCAM - LOCKS YOU INTO A SUBSCRIPTION YOU CANNOT CANCEL
Avoid this app if you enjoy keeping hold of your own money. After signing up for a trial period, you will realise there is no option to cancel the subscription/trial within the app, nor is there any link in the confirmation email to cancel. They take your card details through Instagram so the subscription does not appear in your Apple Store and you cannot cancel it that way. Upon contacting support, I was told to click the cancellation link within the subscription email. This link does not exist. It is not in the initial email. Then support just ignored me. Reported them to my bank for fraud and the bank have recovered the trial payment and blocked my card to prevent future payments being taken. This is an appalling scam - locking unsuspecting people into a subscription that they cannot cancel. Escalated to legal and authorities.

Greedy developer
I cancelled my 7 day free trial the second I did it…and I got charged the monthly subscription a few weeks later. I have emailed everyday since and no response. Nothing. Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour.
Didn’t Work
Never got it to work during the 7-day paid subscription trial. While trying to set it up it appeared to require another subscription for my voice separately

Attempted to cancel via emails and deleting account during trial period. Response was not helpful the no responses after the 1st email. They attempted to charge $38.xx. Terrible customer service.

I subscribed after seeing a GIO advert on Instagram. The payment was taken directly from my card rather than through Apple, so the subscription does not appear under my iPhone subscriptions.
The confirmation email included an “Unsubscribe” link, but when I tried to cancel, the website simply displayed “Something went wrong” and would not process the cancellation.
I have contacted GIO support numerous times asking them to cancel the subscription and confirm that no further payments will be taken. I keep receiving automated Zendesk responses that do not actually address my request.
I have now had to contact my bank to try to prevent any further recurring charges.
Be extremely careful before subscribing. In my experience, signing up was very easy — cancelling has been anything but.
