Worst Rx Insurance I’ve ever had
I’ve never had a harder time getting a human being on the phone in my life. I’ve also never had an insurance company literally make EVERY medicine I’m on, many of which I’ve been on for over 15 years, ALL require prior authorizations…only to then have my doctors submit said prior authorizations, and then Verus still rejects them. And doesn’t even give a reason. And if you want a reason, good luck getting through the phone tree to ask a human about it. So unbelievably disappointed in this service.
