Solid option
This telehealth service is offered as a benefit from my husband’s company. He was able to add me as a spouse on his account and that gave me my own account to log in to. Since then I use it more than he does and it has actually come in clutch. Often times when we’re scared of spending money on medical expenses and are hesitant to go to the doctor. This app is now our first step. A Primary Care or Urgent Care doctor calls us and gives us things Chat GPT can’t. Like an actual referral or prescription or MRI requisition. Overall I like it. I wouldn’t be going to the doctor if it wasn’t for this.

Broken app
This app is garbage. I made an appointment and nothing happened. Nobody picked it up. I can’t cancel or renew it.
This company relies on your employer paying for this and never being used.
Truly if you have the misfortune of being in a situation where this is an option for you I pity you and am praying for your health because you aren’t getting support here.

Gets the job done
Got access to this through my employer. Easy to use and beats going to urgent care when I just need meds
App not working
Have tried multiple times today to log in to the app which I have used a few times before with no issues. But it won’t log in at all. Says login accepted and then stays on the log in screen.
