Solid option
This telehealth service is offered as a benefit from my husband’s company. He was able to add me as a spouse on his account and that gave me my own account to log in to. Since then I use it more than he does and it has actually come in clutch. Often times when we’re scared of spending money on medical expenses and are hesitant to go to the doctor. This app is now our first step. A Primary Care or Urgent Care doctor calls us and gives us things Chat GPT can’t. Like an actual referral or prescription or MRI requisition. Overall I like it. I wouldn’t be going to the doctor if it wasn’t for this.

Broken app
This app is garbage. I made an appointment and nothing happened. Nobody picked it up. I can’t cancel or renew it.
This company relies on your employer paying for this and never being used.
Truly if you have the misfortune of being in a situation where this is an option for you I pity you and am praying for your health because you aren’t getting support here.

Gets the job done
Got access to this through my employer. Easy to use and beats going to urgent care when I just need meds
App not working
Have tried multiple times today to log in to the app which I have used a few times before with no issues. But it won’t log in at all. Says login accepted and then stays on the log in screen.

Lyric always provides quality service and access to a provider when I need it. Great service!
Premier service
I used the service once for a problem with my hand. I knew what the problem was but did not want to wait until the morning to be evaluated . A Lyric ( MyTelemedicine) physician evaluated me and prescribed medicine within 30 mins. I went to the pharmacy the following morning, picked up the medicine then the healing began. All acute non-life threatening healthcare should be this seamless and patient-centric.

Easy to use
No issues here…easy to use and navigate…just what I want in an app.
Not easy to use
Multiple bugs with the app and website. Customer service is good, but took multiple calls to them to finally be able to create an account and schedule a consultation. Providers are hard to understand. Probably will not use this service again.
Shouldn’t exists.
Because company’s like you exist that create a cheap alternative for employers to exploit workers I can’t get the in person help I need. Non of your providers are qualified. You all should be ashamed of yourself.
Hire usability designers please
Currently the “activate my account” does nothing (click the button as many times as you like) and there’s no way to troubleshoot or get help. I went to the website (getlyric.com) to try to activate my account but that is a B2B site with no info or resources for individual users/subscribers. Completely useless.

Terrible and buggy
So I am paying out of pocket for this coverage but can’t even create an account. As soon as you click on the calendar to add DOB the app shuts down. Now I have to call and waste hours in the phone. What garbage they created…

I love this app it has never failed me , the doctors are extremely kind and helpful and respond in an extremely timely manner
Not able to register
The app crashes every time I try to register and enter my birthday
Easy and convenient
Love this app! When sickness hits your family, sometimes it’s hard to get out and see a doctor. I had to use this app for my kids 3 times in a week! Quick and easy to get what you need at your fingertips! Saved time and money!
Tired of waiting
Just because I have insurance doesn’t mean I can get an appointment when I need to see a doctor. When I’m sick, I want to be treated day not in three weeks. Sitting in an urgent care facility or clinic is not how I prefer to spend my day not to mention I know what’s wrong with me, what’s wrong with the person sitting next to me. I tried on call and found the lyric doctor returned my call within 30 minutes, discussed with me my symptoms and issues and prescribed me the same medication. I would’ve gotten at the local clinic. At the pharmacy of my choice. The only cost I had was my monthly membership fee. And the cost of the prescription. I saved over $200 in co-pay deductible on this one visit. I will continue to use this. For the unforeseen future, as I do not believe that appointments locally I’m not gonna become more readily available. I’m a member to stay.

Issues with app
Try to click on speak to a specialist and it give me a blank screen. Is this a known issue and being fixed?
Urgent care
So far I have used this app for myself and my son. There was a minor glitch in the video call, but when the doctor called back it was fine. I was able to get the prescriptions I needed and overall had a great experience. Would recommend.
Very Convenient
Lyric was offered as a service through my company. I got signed up and had a very helpful Primary Care appointment last week.
The Physician gave some great insight and helped me find a starting place for some long term heart issues I have been having. He ordered some lab tests for me and referred me to this great cardiologist in my area.
I went to the cardiologist and got a lot figured out! This is a great new asset to have before you rush off to the doctor. Significantly cheaper and easier than leaving the house.
Tech: Bugs get patched really fast
Customer Support: excellent service, native English speakers, very smart and helpful.

Unable to use
App request what pharmacy you’d like to use but the ui is bugged and won’t display any locations. as such, you can’t continue to schedule the virtual consultation. One bug renders the whole app useless. I’m deleting the app.
