A necessary evil
Confusing and little more than a way to prevent you from talking to anyone in your doctor’s office. You basically HAVE to use this nightmarish tool to work with your doctor.
Useless
Mychart was the only reason I had this app. Now that the mychart app is standalone again, this app is useless.
Great App for a Great Company
I absolutely love Lee Health, their doctors, their locations, and their app. The app is seamless in accessing your records, billing, and your connected accounts. I can easily go one place to see my future appointments, past appointments, messages, billing, test results, etc. Other feathers allow you to find doctors, locations, and events going on. Definitely a well thought out product that is continually updating and getting better.

Access to others
It would be nice if Billing could be used while accessing shared records, for example, to pay or review invoices for others.
Physician
The doctors don’t have the correct information for specialist. No communication with each other. Staff is rude.
