So easy and convenient
Very thankful for the Telehealth service and this app runs very smoothly and has a great interface. If it wasn’t for the app, I probably would’ve kept pushing off going to the doctor when it wound up being something easy to take care of!
Comfortable and convenient
This was a great option. I don’t have insurance right now so it was affordable. The Dr was great and able to help me and it was quick, almost no wait. I would definitely recommend this over not going to do anything or going into urgent care.
Strep throat
Thank goodness this app is still available. My little one has an almost phobia type fear of going to the doctor, especially after receiving his past immunizations I can hardly get him into the car seat. If he suspects at all, he might be going to the doctor. Because of all the extra swabbing and test that are kind of invasive for a four year old due to COVID-19 plus just the regular anxiety of going to the doctor. It has become a a very traumatic event to be physically seen in the doctors office for my son on top of any somewhere, typical childhood illness, that he is experiencing. I have four kids and I've become pretty good at diagnosing your regular childhood illnesses whether it's a virus, cold, flu or an infection. This app and the service that the physicians provide truly make my child's health care so much more convenient and hassle free. I don't have to worry about exposed to other diseases while being treated or dragging him out of bed when he's otherwise not feeling good, and should be at home resting. It's definitely worth the $50. Started using this app during Covid when it was free but I continue to use it and pay for it because it's definitely worth it. I recommend it to anybody who has small children with a fear of going to the pediatrician office. Definitely not to be used instead of being seen physically as long as you were up-to-date on all of preventative visits and annual check up this app can be a lifesaver and help keep the emergency room open and available for actual emergencies.
