Terrible app

Forced to use this app for work. The app is terrible, clunky navigation and constant refreshes. The refreshing would be fine if the app repopulated its contents. But it doesn’t. It just gets stuck, requiring me to close the app and reopen it, crossing my fingers that it populates patient info. Going on their website isn’t much better. You would think they would hire developers who know what they’re doing.
