Can’t even open it
Every time I try to open the app, it immediately crashes. Tried everything to make it work. Get it together guys

What is the purpose of going offline, setting up an auto response to call the answering service, and marking all messages as done if someone can still send a message or continue a conversation? My shift is over and we have proper coverage. What is the point of marking the message as done?
Why must it be this bad?
You can communicate, but there doesn't appear to be a way to specify which patients you want to create a thread for. So, you are constantly getting bombarded with messages about others' patients, and the only way to tell if the message applies to you or your patients is to read--all of them.
Also, the app randomly decides to stop alerting you of pages.
