Recent update sucks

The recent upgrade is horrible

Forms

This latest update has really hindered our workflow. The required forms are a huge disaster and need to be gotten rid of. I think I will be suggesting we change platforms if it’s not reversed. It is time consuming to send a message for new admission now.

Limited capability and weak servers

I’m a physician. Can’t retrieve very important messages unless you have perfect reception or perfect WiFi. Very limited options with what you can do with the messages. Don’t understand current rating. Absolutely terrible in comparison to competitors like mobile heartbeat or clinical comms. Must be very cheap for the institution. Garbage app.
