Recent update sucks

The recent upgrade is horrible

Forms

This latest update has really hindered our workflow. The required forms are a huge disaster and need to be gotten rid of. I think I will be suggesting we change platforms if it’s not reversed. It is time consuming to send a message for new admission now.

Limited capability and weak servers

I’m a physician. Can’t retrieve very important messages unless you have perfect reception or perfect WiFi. Very limited options with what you can do with the messages. Don’t understand current rating. Absolutely terrible in comparison to competitors like mobile heartbeat or clinical comms. Must be very cheap for the institution. Garbage app.

Client for more than 10 years

They switched to AI from real people. They did not decrease cost. Hospital complained constantly about AI operator.

They had no interest in negotiating inspite of the fact that we had been client since prior than 2011

Very inaccurate

Avoid this service at all costs. It routinely routes on-call messages to the incorrect physician. Very dangerous.

iPad app doesn’t rotate

Very responsive customer service. Overall quite functional. Recommend the app. I’m trying to move away from my phone as a paging system and use the iPad. The iPad app is exactly the same as the iPhone but doesn’t rotate. It would be super helpful to rotate the iPad app so the keyboard can be functional.

Perfect!

We ve been using Perfectserve for more than 10 years one , easy to use , easy to assign , no more confused nurses on who to call , secure messages with other physicians , safety , patients privacy , excellent App and excellent support from the Perfectserve team ( J Taylor).

Perfect in so many ways!

We have had Perfect Serve in place for well over 20+ years at our hospital. We have seen many changes, some good, some not so good, but overall 5 stars for a tool that allows nursing and ancillary staff as well as case managers and home health to stay hippa compliant , secure and easily connected to our providers during the day and on call. A solid secure platform that shows value in time saving and timeliness of patient care. A tool that our radiologists use to present acute actionable findings immediately to the ordering provider so that patient care requiring immediate intervention is not delayed. Highly recommended!

They should call it IMPERFECT serve

This paging app is garbage. I have to refresh the app just to get my messages to pop up after the alarm. Horribly noisy as others said there is no volume control and no way to switch it to just vibrate. The app constantly directs nurses to message the on call doctor first during the day first. It’s too difficult to over ride the doctor on call to get to the doctor who’s actually following the patient during the day. If you have a choice avoid this God awful app at all costs!!

Ads? Seriously!?!?!

My office pays over $500 per month to use your service and now I’m having to look at ads before in can check a message? Completely unacceptable. As soon as our current contract ends we’ll be moving to a new service.

Interferes with sound level

Sudden max volume on podcast sound anytime you get message with this software. Dangerous for hearing and could lead to damage of hear as it goes straight to max!!

Physician

App freezes up often, no way 4.6/5

Awful App

THE WORST APP ON MY PHONE!!!! Difficult to set up. Does not work. Perpetually calling the wrong person. If my employer didn’t require….there is NO WAY I would use this app!!

Reliable

Reliable and trustworthy app. Not sure what everyone else's issue is... maybe buy a better phone and phone service. 🤷

Should be removed from App Store

I have been forced to use PerfectServe for more than five years and it remains a completely unreliable, malfunctioning, inconvenient app. Remarkable that for a mission critical application that its interface remains nearly unusable. with so few meaningful updates or functional improvements. 90% of the screen space is a blank void, volume icon is inscrutable in its meaning, no log in event of deletion of message, requirement for refreshing app to receive new alert. Not unusual to fail to receive notifications. Simply the absolute worst. A previous commenter said it best, the only thing worse than being on call is having to do it with Perfect Serve.

No notifications

Despite multiple attempts working with the support team, my perfect serve does not notify me of new messages with any sound. All app and phone settings are appropriately set. This causes long delays in patient care unless I force myself to check the app several times an hour which takes me away from other work that’s needed.

Landscape mode

Landscape mode would be incredibly helpful for iPad

Terrible system that delays patient care

Slow and buggy. Quite honestly terrible in everything that it is supposed to do. Each update makes it worse.
