Former QGenda User/Admin
As a former QGenda user/admin, I agree with everything Chitea outlined in their review of Lightning Bolt. It lacks basic functionality & automation. There is absolutely nothing that is Lightning-fast about it. It’s comparable to working with Meditech or Microsoft DOS. For those that are unfamiliar with either of those systems, another accurate analogy that Chitea referenced in their review is that using Lightning Bolt compared to QGenda has been like going from driving a luxury car to a Flintstone mobile. It very well may work “ok” for a clinic setting, but it has made scheduling & assigning staff to specific tasks infinitely more difficult, time consuming, & frustrating for our unit. I could go on, but just know that I’m not sure how it could be much worse.

Pretty Decent Scheduling App :)
Fairly user friendly and I’ve never noticed any glitches.
Poor App
When you get schedule alerts it does not allow you to read them in the app. That is a flaw from the designers.
Doesn’t open to our schedule
Every time I open the app it’s on “LB training” or something like that. It used to just open to our schedule, but now I have to type in where I work with my department to get our schedule. That’s cumbersome. Also, for those of us who rely on dark mode, could you please change the way the app opens, so that it’s not a bright white screen?

The worst
Having gone from Qgenda to this program, I can tell you that it is the equivalent of going from a high end luxury car to the Flinstone mobile. I could not hate this program more. As a physician administrator doing the schedule for a busy practice, paper and pencil was faster than this garbage. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have offered numerous times to give direct feedback as an end user to the development team and have never been taken up on my offer. I could go on and on about how terrible this program is!!! 0 out of 10 - do not recommend!!!!!
