Pretty Decent Scheduling App :)
Fairly user friendly and I’ve never noticed any glitches.
Poor App
When you get schedule alerts it does not allow you to read them in the app. That is a flaw from the designers.
Doesn’t open to our schedule
Every time I open the app it’s on “LB training” or something like that. It used to just open to our schedule, but now I have to type in where I work with my department to get our schedule. That’s cumbersome. Also, for those of us who rely on dark mode, could you please change the way the app opens, so that it’s not a bright white screen?

The worst
Having gone from Qgenda to this program, I can tell you that it is the equivalent of going from a high end luxury car to the Flinstone mobile. I could not hate this program more. As a physician administrator doing the schedule for a busy practice, paper and pencil was faster than this garbage. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have offered numerous times to give direct feedback as an end user to the development team and have never been taken up on my offer. I could go on and on about how terrible this program is!!! 0 out of 10 - do not recommend!!!!!

We need a ‘Shift Pool’ in LB app

Can’t see full schedule
Since the update to iOS 26 I cannot scroll down to see the entire days worth of shifts anymore. The page locks on what is initially viewable but does not allow me to scroll down. Very frustrating.

Never syncs to calendar
Constantly required deleting and resyncing calendar on iPhone.
Overall terrible app
Frequently freezes and becomes unresponsive, or does not load.
Works for me
I’ve never used a group scheduler before. LB works pretty well. It occasionally has glitches and defaults to the wrong location or view, but it’s pretty easy to fix and has been fairly easy to navigate and modify. It’s what we use, so I’m thankful I’ve been able to figure it out.
Last update screwed it
Now it will not connect unless you force close and reopen app each time you switch views. Fix it
Great app
So glad Kaiser Permanente started using this. Makes it so easy to use from my cellphone whether I’m at work or not. Very user friendly and easy to use.
Frustrated.
For about the past week, the “all schedules” defaults to “LB training”. Every time. No matter how much I put my team back in. Also, it’s giving me the orange “thinking” circle almost every time I try to change the date, look at a different schedule, etc. And I eventually have to restart the app to see anything. Not sure what happened, this app worked great up until about a week ago, like I said.

Constantly freezes
I manage a large office and I need the ability to use the app on my phone. It continually freezes. It’s maddening and frustrating, a huge waste of my time. Debra at Kaiser Permanente
Not as great as PC LB
For some reason I have access to less schedules on LB app than I do from a PC? Not sure what that is all about but it’s annoying.
