Doesn’t Open
Tech support is a joke; the app won’t open past the V. No help, no support, no service whatsoever. And I supposedly need this to use my $1700 per month out of pocket insurance? Get it together Vitable!

I just want to say even the staff that answers your phone are awesome, caring and professional. Then I had an appointment with Dr. Leah. I was not feeling well at all and honestly worried about my situation. I’ve been with the same doctor for 25 years. And did not even think this program was going to work for me much less all of my employees. But I have to say I was mistaken. This program is truly awesome and it’s over and above the expectation What a great service that you have Thank you Vitable.and all of your staff.

Forcing phone number logins is ridiculous
The fact that I'm forced to use my phone number, which is not connected to my name, in order to login is crazy. Every other app allows me to use an email. Y'all seriously need to update your app because I'm not using it until I can login with an email.
My appointment experience with Provider Melissa Harris-p
Vitable care is easy and very convenient. The provider I had Melissa is an amazing listener she understood my concerns and took her time with our appointment. I don’t get that anywhere else, literally speak to doctors 15 min or even less! She in all is just an amazing provider can’t wait to meet with her after my test are done.
