Credit Card Info
What is the point of allowing the ability to save credit / debit card information if it forces me to re enter it every time. It will not allow me to use saved cards.
App does not work
I have an older Gioninos app that I used to order on all the time. Now it tells me I can’t order from my usual store - with a message “this store does not allow mobile ordering” but the store tells me I should be able to use the app. So I downloaded what appears to be the new app and I cannot even get past the part to allow to use my location or skip for now option - I just get a message saying “we are sorry, This restaurant is not available”. The same message come up weather I allow location sharing or try to skip it so I haven’t even picked a restaurant location yet. This is our favorite local pizza place, but the apps are quite annoying since the past few months. I never had any issues last year ordering in the older app. Hopefully the company can get it figured out.

You can literally only order from the Ravenna location I’m next door to my local location and I can’t even order from them don’t waste your time just call
What’s the point?
Ok I have a local Gionino’s where I live. My address is correct but it only gives me store in Ravenna Ohio. No way to change. What’s the point of sending me emails to download app and it not work
