Lost Cause
After playing this game off and on. I can’t login into the account that I had after the latest update, despite deleting and re- downloading the game. It’s to the point, where I’ve lost interest in trying to play.

My game crashed help!!
It crashes when it tries to show me the club tutorial, I’m sure it’s because I joined a club right before it. I’d like to add that I have spent money on the game and I’m afraid of losing my progress and things I’ve bought
Lost connection
I redownload so many times but every time it gets past the loading screen it says ’connection lost’ and restarts the game. I can’t play it anymore :(
Good, but plagued with an issue that basically removes a major part of the gameplay
I enjoy the superb gameplay, storylines, and rewards that come from it. Unfortunately, a problem keeps surfacing where I keep spending the princess coins to obtain some clothes but the result never changes. I keep wasting in game currency only to not get the items I spent that in-game currency on. Please help, I can’t waste in game currency like this.

Can’t get past tutorial
Hard locked into tutorial because the lucky shop tab doesn’t work. I would like to play, but the game keeps losing connection when I press the lucky shop tab. Pls fix
Edit: They fixed the first issue, but now every time I open the game I have to do Jang’s Journey 1-3 tutorial over again.

I enjoy the superb gameplay, storylines, and rewards that come from it. Unfortunately, I have to admit how disappointing it is to have the Lucky Shop removed. Every time I try to get a lucky shop item, it tells me they lost connection and I have to reenter the game. It keeps doing this to me and I can’t get anything from the Lucky Shop. Please fix this issue, it should not happen again, I don’t want to lose a core part of the gameplay that I enjoy playing.

It was the best game i’ve ever played and now that i wanted to play it again,i re-downloaded it but all of my acc datas are lost

This game is a true gem!!
This game has such gorgeous graphics, there’s many options for gameplay, and what I love most is the amount of options and how obtainable items are. You may have to spend time playing the game, and working towards items but unlike other fashion games you don’t have to buy things just to get clothes. There’s lots of themes, and storylines as well. This game is very versatile too! You can dye or make alternate versions of outfits. You can play stories, compete as ambassadors for brands, create magazines, etc. Honestly I think I’m starting to sound like an ad- 💀 but it’s really a lot of fun and I highly recommend!

Can’t login/account lost
Ever since a recent update, when I try to login it stays on the loading page that says ‘Checking the Sever Connection’ (with that spelling mistake). I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app multiple times - every time I try to sign back into my account using Apple ID like I normally would, it opens up to a brand new account and game, starting at the tutorial. I’ve tried signing in with my linked facebook account and google as well. I messaged Girl Globe privately but haven’t heard anything back. I started this game a little while into it first being launched globally and have spent quite a bit on it over that time. This is frustrating.

Account since the beginning gone.
I play this game on and off, I always offload it just to be sure nothing get deleted. Decided to redownload and logged back in and my account is gone. I never had a problem like this before. Just took my back to the tutorial. I’m super bummed because I did spend quite a bit of money on this game and idk how to get it back

Stuck in the tutorial with the item with no link…….maybe offer a skip tutorial in a future patch?
Im stuck
For some reason the game is making me redo the tutorial and im stuck where it makes me go to accessories and tells me to click the link button, ive already purchased other clothings and the tutorial forces me to click a bag that I think has no link button. If I try to exit game I have to go through it all again and stuck in the same place. I dont know if theres a way to fix this. :(
