저도 오랜만에 게임하러 들어왔다가 계정이 싹 초기화되어 처음부터 시작이네요… 진짜 열심히 키웠었는데 확인 바랍니다

何度やっても1-3のチュートリアルから進みません。

Lost Cause
After playing this game off and on. I can’t login into the account that I had after the latest update, despite deleting and re- downloading the game. It’s to the point, where I’ve lost interest in trying to play.

I can’t play
So I got the game and I played it a bit. It seemed pretty good but after the update I can’t play, I deleted it and re-downloaded it but it just says ‘failed to check game data’ I pressed try again but it just won’t work. Pls fix I was looking forward to playing this game.

아니 이게 무슨 일인가요? 게임 퀄리티도 좋고 제작자 분께서도 되게 친절하셨던 걸로 기억하는데 메일 보내도 없는 메일이라고 뜨면서 전송도 안되고 매번 친절하게 답변도 해주셨는데 문의도 아예남길 수 없고..한동안 게임을 하다가 오랜만에 또 하고 싶어서 접속했는데 언제 부터 이런 건지도 모르겠고 이게 뭔지..

It crashes when it tries to show me the club tutorial, I’m sure it’s because I joined a club right before it. I’d like to add that I have spent money on the game and I’m afraid of losing my progress and things I’ve bought

GIRL GLOBE를 오랜 기간 재미있게 플레이한 유저입니다. 게임은 애초부터 Apple로 로그인해 게임 데이터를 저장해놓은 상태로 플레이해왔고, 이에 따라 이따금씩 어플을 삭제했다 다시 설치해도 해댱 계정으로 다시 플레이하는 데에는 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 그런데 갑자기 평소랑 똑같이 로그인했는데 기존에 플레이했던 계정으로 로그인이 안 되고 신규 유저로 게임이 실행되었습니다. 혹시나 하는 마음에 계정이 사라진 건가 하고 친구창에 제 아이디를 검색해보니 계정은 여전히 있더라구요. 하지만 몇 번을 다시 시도해봐도 기존에 플레이하던 계정으로는 로그인할 방법을 찾지 못해 이렇게 문의를 드립니다. 열심히 키운 계정인 만큼 꼭 다시 찾고 싶습니다. 관련 사항에 대해 제가 취할 수 있는 조치가 있거나, 정식으로 문의드릴 수 있는 메일 주소가 있다면 알려주시면 감사드리겠습니다.

Lost connection
I redownload so many times but every time it gets past the loading screen it says ’connection lost’ and restarts the game. I can’t play it anymore :(
Good, but plagued with an issue that basically removes a major part of the gameplay
I enjoy the superb gameplay, storylines, and rewards that come from it. Unfortunately, a problem keeps surfacing where I keep spending the princess coins to obtain some clothes but the result never changes. I keep wasting in game currency only to not get the items I spent that in-game currency on. Please help, I can’t waste in game currency like this.

Can’t get past tutorial
Hard locked into tutorial because the lucky shop tab doesn’t work. I would like to play, but the game keeps losing connection when I press the lucky shop tab. Pls fix
Edit: They fixed the first issue, but now every time I open the game I have to do Jang’s Journey 1-3 tutorial over again.

I enjoy the superb gameplay, storylines, and rewards that come from it. Unfortunately, I have to admit how disappointing it is to have the Lucky Shop removed. Every time I try to get a lucky shop item, it tells me they lost connection and I have to reenter the game. It keeps doing this to me and I can’t get anything from the Lucky Shop. Please fix this issue, it should not happen again, I don’t want to lose a core part of the gameplay that I enjoy playing.
