Please help the app won’t work

Okay so I downloaded this a while ago and the same thing happened when I downloaded it just now I try to join and put in all my information and there’s two problems. So first when I’m putting my birthday I can’t even see what I’m putting my birthday as if that makes sense so I just have to guess until I get it right and then once it’s done I press join and it just loads and never stops loading.

So I was trying to make a acc on the app but it took to long so I decided to make an account on the website and then I tried to log in,in the app but it wouldn’t work I also tryed to make more accs but it didn’t work so idk what to do now..

Won’t work

So I got the app and I tried registering I put in all the information it asked and then it would not load I did not close the app for 3 day and it still did not work. then I went to the website and created an account the I went back to the app and logged in but it did not work it said please something went wrong. Then I tried to browse as guest and when I went to feed it said the same thing it said when I tried to login so they need to get this together cause my sister tried getting in to and it didn’t work soooooo please fix this so I can use it

HELP?!

Used to be my favorite app since 2019 and even made an account. But then all of a sudden I went on the app and it logged me out and I logged back in and it said "something went wrong" I also tried looking at the app without an account and it still DOESN'T work. Please help!!
