Please help the app won’t work
Okay so I downloaded this a while ago and the same thing happened when I downloaded it just now I try to join and put in all my information and there’s two problems. So first when I’m putting my birthday I can’t even see what I’m putting my birthday as if that makes sense so I just have to guess until I get it right and then once it’s done I press join and it just loads and never stops loading.

So I was trying to make a acc on the app but it took to long so I decided to make an account on the website and then I tried to log in,in the app but it wouldn’t work I also tryed to make more accs but it didn’t work so idk what to do now..
Won’t work
So I got the app and I tried registering I put in all the information it asked and then it would not load I did not close the app for 3 day and it still did not work. then I went to the website and created an account the I went back to the app and logged in but it did not work it said please something went wrong. Then I tried to browse as guest and when I went to feed it said the same thing it said when I tried to login so they need to get this together cause my sister tried getting in to and it didn’t work soooooo please fix this so I can use it

HELP?!
Used to be my favorite app since 2019 and even made an account. But then all of a sudden I went on the app and it logged me out and I logged back in and it said "something went wrong" I also tried looking at the app without an account and it still DOESN'T work. Please help!!

Amazing, but has a lot of problems
At first this app was perfect, I was able to follow people and chat everything, but one day I tried to post and it wouldn’t let me! Then I couldn’t follow people, chat or friend! It got me super frustrated, so I went to go ask my dad for help. I put in my user and password (my family password, so my dad knew it) it said my password was incorrect! The same one I used for 4 MONTHS! When I re-downloaded it on my dads phone I signed up as a different user and different password (I wasn’t going to keep the game) I got on and noticed my old profile was getting a lot of cyber bullying, so where little kids🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. (Only knew that because they put their age😜) So DON’T download this app! It’s a waste of time, and just because it SAYS NO BULLYING doesn’t mean there is none! No one can control kids, like my dad says to me, (as a joke) “Some kids are just bullies.”
So please take my advice, especially if you are a little kid. The people on here a mean and they talk about thing a 9 year old should not know. Bye

I couldn’t make account
Every single time I try to make account the screen we just got purple I got halfway through and it just stopped every time I reopen the app it just restarted me I couldn’t put my birthday and to almost to anything you need to count

Please include gender fluid and non binary or other to the genders when ur making an acccount. Otherwise it’s great but also can you make a group for furrys? It would be amazing thank you.

Email options
I just got this app today and was super excited about it but when I used my email it said if this is a school email please don’t use it but it was an outlook email and my personal account. Please fix!

Wouldn’t get me in
No matter what I tried to put on my email and stuff and it’s said check email but when I checked my email there was nothing in it. So I don’t recommend this just because they don’t let you get in! It looks really fun but I can get in so maybe they should change that 🙃
