can’t see the people who scanned me, I was hoping to see them so I could add them but low and behold they don’t show up! my bad for trusting this app to do what it said!
Terrible
The least dependable lead scanning app I have ever encountered. I have attempted to contact the support team in advance to warn them of the issues they have attempted to fix throughout the week of the event, and they either ignored me completely or responded with incorrect information. A tech trade show of this size should be capable of implementing a reliable app. Otherwise, pay a third party to do it properly if you cannot.
