I use this app now as the primary go to place for shops that are supported. Which to be fair for me is not many but those that are easily accessible and you get to donate to your chosen cause by buying stuff you would buy anyway so why not!

The app is so easy to use. It costs you nothing to raise funds for your favourite charity. You shop and the businesses you buy from, make a donation on your behalf.

Loved the idea of this and would use it continuously. But other than eBay every other store I click I get Bad url message and can’t go to the selected site
10 years and more
I have been using “Give as you Live” for 10 years now, and made hundreds of donations. This app makes it easier to include the donation with your purchase, and I am proud to make these donations every time I shop. Thanks for making it possible for me to donate with such ease because being retired at 40 makes it impossible for me to just give.

Easy way to raise money for charity
Really easy way of raising money for charity, just load up the app, click the heart to turn it green and it automatically donates to charity depending on which website you are on. Always use this when buying online to see if the website donates as it doesn’t cost me anything and my selected charity benefits from it.

Great idea
I try to make sure that I use the Give as you Live link every time I shop. It is a great idea to raise money for your favourite charity as you shop. With the increase in shopping on line hopefully they are doing very well for charities who have suffered because of lockdown.
A good way to support your favourite charity
I was delighted when I discovered there was an app for Give as you Live. I used to use it on my laptop but these days I use my iPad more and it is more convenient. It is very easy to set up and use. Most of my favourite shops are on it. It is an easy and convenient way to support charities.

I use this all the time for browsing and when I make any purchases online it kicks back a donation to my charity. Also, the notifications are super handy when the sales are on at John Lewis or Argos, sometimes there are better discounts available.

I have used this app for a couple of years.i have raised £131 towards my chosen dog charity,i think it is wonderful,and really helps charities a lot.just shop through the app and away you go very simple.
Not good
Stop advertising the app and get up to date. People use phones and ipads yet you do not update the software 😞

I have used Give as You live for shopping on my laptop for several years, and I’m really happy to have the same facility on my phone.
It’s a completely effortless way to give a small donation from every purchase - I believe the donation comes from the seller's advertising budget, it being the amount they would pay to whatever portal you used to reach their page. Over time, I have “given” over £250 to a cause close to my heart!
