Scam

I literally don’t understand why this is happening, but I had some hope for this app because it was the only one that seems to have reviews from real people saying that it at least worked for the minimum which is to keep track of a stupid giveaway, comment section, and it literally won’t even allow me to get started because I accidentally clicked a toggle button on the Facebook permission page and it said I couldn’t do anything because I accidentally clicked at toggle. I went back, tried to redo it and it wouldn’t work the button wouldn’t work the toggle would not switch back. What the heck? Why is there so many of these apps to do the same thing and why do none of them work? I have tried like 10 tonight and absolutely none of them work they are all scammed by stupid Indians probably

Hello. This is a Meta (Instagram/Facebook) requirements. Instagram requires connecting professional (business/creator) accounts to a Facebook page to be accessible through the Instagram API. See here from Instagram's documentation: "Instagram Professional accounts must be connected to a Facebook Page before their data can be accessed through the API. Once connected, any Facebook User who is able to perform Tasks on that Page can grant your app an access token, which can then be used in API requests." Source: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/overview#pages Unfortunately, we don't control the requirements Facebook/Instagram enforces for authentication.

I wasnt able to log in since last night. They asked me to sign in with my facebook, the problem is my business instagram has no facebook. So i tried link with my personal one regardless. But what happened is, it hang there loading with black screen 😩

Hello. I understand your frustration, how Instagram/Facebook access works is complicated. But the issue you're encountering is with Instagram/Facebook authentication, but with the app. Instagram requires connecting professional (business/creator) accounts to a Facebook page to be accessible through the Instagram API. This isn't our requirement, but Instagram's. Fake entry?

I just started a giveaway, linked the post and came back to the app. It says one entry, but there is no comment in the post! How can this be? Will update my review when this giveaway comes to a close.

Hello. We use the Instagram API, so the only entries we record are those that come directly from Instagram. If there was an entry but no comment, then it's possible the user deleted their comment, which will get updated once a winner is picked.

Seriously best app for giveaways

By far the easiest and best app for giveaways doesn’t make you immediately fill out your card info before giving you the winners.

Hello. Our app doesn't have any login, you're logging in to Facebook/Instagram. So if you're having trouble logging it in has to do with your Instagram/Facebook account. The most common fix is to logout of Facebook/Instagram and log back in. Other common issues are changes with your Instagram username or Facebook page, you're not an admin on the associated Facebook page, or incorrect permissions when you connected.

Hello. Sorry it took so long, but we finally received an update from Facebook/Instagram. This was an issue with Facebook/Instagram that was causing your lack of permissions, bot with the app. They have resolved the issue.

Great app

This app made it very easy and I loved watching all the participants on the screen as it chose the winner! I love all the features. Highly recommend it.

Great customer service!

I just started using this app to help me with a giveaway on Instagram. Set up was easy and it started tracking immediately. I had a few questions, so I messaged for help through the app. I received a response an hour later and I asked a couple more questions and each time my question was answered thoroughly, politely, and quickly! Thank you for this WONDERFUL customer service! This is one area where SO many businesses (including apps, websites, and brick and mirror shops) are not measuring up. POPSMASH could teach them all something. Thank you for the help and I will continue to use this app! It works well!

Great app for giveaways!

This app makes Instagram giveaways SO simple. I used to spend a very long time selecting winners, but this app takes care of all of that tedium for you. I’ll absolutely use this app when running giveaways from now on.

Helped with my small issue!

Needed a good giveaway app and since this was my first time ever doing a giveaway, I was bouncing app to app to find the best one. Found POPSMASH and instantly got hooked! There was a tiny issue that i needed help with and had messaged in the app for some help. Instantly got a reply back and it was solved within a short amount of time. Does not work

The app look good aesthetically, but it just left me hanging. I couldn’t scroll in the giveaway section to select a post, nor was there a next button to move forward in process. I tried to chat with support and nothing, also if I clicked on faq to see if I could find answers it left the entire page blank.

Love this app!

I’ve put off doing giveaways for a while because I had heard they were a lot of work to sift through comments, likes, and rules. I found Popsmash and I was so excited to find something to help me!
