App is currently not working
I am trying to sign in and the app keeps freezing. Not allowing me to sign in.

Ive had this app for 2 years and it was amazing until this year. I wasn’t aware that you get a “free trial” period? so I just lost all my info tracking I had of 2 years and can’t even export it because it’s now behind a paywall subscription service which has made this app utterly unusable. I advise everyone to stay away from this app as It was buggy for months anyway, such a shame.

Recently app not working
I love this app! It does a great job of keeping track of all my volunteer hours. Unfortunately, the app has not been working recently. When I click into it a popup comes up with “token invalid”. I have tried to update the app, but it does not need to be updated. It does work on the website which is good, but it is very inconvenient. I hope that the app will be running smoothly again soon!

This app helps me stay organized and get signatures without any hassle. I don’t have to worry about forgetting my paper hour log at home and coordinating receiving signatures. Givefinity is easy to get the hang of, and it’s also a free resource (great for students!).
