Unable to connect
After an iOS update, the app cannot connect to the clock any more. The auto search for device doesn’t work and I can’t locate the IP address for the clock to enter it manually. Too bad because this was a great device before it wasn’t.
One of the most frustrating apps on the App Store
It literally does not work anymore. A few months ago I somehow connected my clock to it, and everything was fine. Then I got a new phone and it went all down hill from there. The clock is amazing, but the app is not
Unable to connect clock
I recently got the clock. I followed the provided video with the clock to connect it to the WiFi. The clock flashed green indicating a success. But the app could not find the WiFi network or the clock. Furthermore, whenever I try to manually change the time, the clock always reverts to the time zone programmed into it. I would change the time zone in the app but I can’t do that if the app doesn’t work to where it cannot find the clock. Please fix the app so it works. It’s so sad because the clock is so cool, but it’s practically useless if neither the app nor manual functions work properly.

I'm unable to connect to my clock
Tried and tried and tried and tried. Only able to connect (clock) to app one time. Never again. Application cannot find the clock (within 50cm of my iPhone), despite using web address. App keeps telling me connection is lost or can't find, requiring 're-search'. wi-Fi sees the clock. I connect to it but the app won't.
Very annoying as trying to change anything using the buttons on the clock is Pretty much a lost cause, as the buttons are nearly worthless.
Any way to get a more robust application and better connection? Information in English would also be helpful.

App barely works
Can’t ever connect to customize it
Not to bad but could use a few things
While I do far love the clock I received itself the app is a little barebones. I do wish we had more customization options on it. For example I wish I could set the speed of the rainbow options as I find the current one a little slow. Also I wish we could do the number constantly changing thing that custom number does for the clock mode as it would look amazing.
