No customer service
there is no customer service for this app so if you have an issue like me there’s no way of reaching out to contact them, I also don’t know who delivers packages as such for this company but there come in cars with no identification, I’m mostly annoyed about the CS however as my package has 5 miles away from my house for 6 days now and it just keeps telling me to “wait in patience “ very frustrating don’t recommend

Can’t track packages
I had a very concerning experience with SF International / SF Express. Tracking information was extremely limited and often unavailable, making it impossible to know where my package was. Customer service was difficult to reach and could not provide clear or consistent information. The service felt unreliable, especially for international shipments, and I was left confused about who was responsible for delivery. Based on this experience, I would not choose this shipping service again and would be hesitant to purchase from retailers that rely on it.
