No Hong Kong erea code
When I download this app in USA and try to log in by Hong Kong cell number, unfortunately, they don’t have Hong Kong erea code(852)
Stupid App
The App can track the parcel but not showing the collection code. However, I am unable to download the SFHK app.
It created so many unnecessary processes to collect parcels.

Worst app ever
Cannot authenticate me because it wants some random phone number. Then app won’t work on my phone cause my number is not from Asia. Awful, awful app.

there is no customer service for this app so if you have an issue like me there’s no way of reaching out to contact them, I also don’t know who delivers packages as such for this company but there come in cars with no identification, I’m mostly annoyed about the CS however as my package has 5 miles away from my house for 6 days now and it just keeps telling me to “wait in patience “ very frustrating don’t recommend

A colleague sent some samples and paid custom duty in China, I then got charged in Japan again and had to pay. None of their tracking numbers work to complain about being charged twice. This company is dodgy.

Cancelled my order with no information whatsoever. When I called them out about not informing me at all, they just ignored me lol

I had a very concerning experience with SF International / SF Express. Tracking information was extremely limited and often unavailable, making it impossible to know where my package was. Customer service was difficult to reach and could not provide clear or consistent information. The service felt unreliable, especially for international shipments, and I was left confused about who was responsible for delivery. Based on this experience, I would not choose this shipping service again and would be hesitant to purchase from retailers that rely on it.
