Every update requires an uninstall and multiple logins before it works
Every time this app is updated I have to uninstall it and log in multiple times before it works again. With the most recent update yesterday, it will not explain anything to me anymore. It says thinking or analyzing and nothing ever appears.

Love Gizmo
I absolutely love Gizmo. I’ve also dreaded studying, but ever since I was introduced to Gizmo, I actually enjoyed learning I am having a small issue though. When I want Gizmo to explain it glitches out and just shows me three dots.

Great but can’t afford premium
I am genuinely so happy to use this app. It basically has everything. I am currently preparing for my GCSEs and this app has been insanely helpful especially for the sciences for triple science. I love the app but I wish I could have premium .however I can’t afford it😅😭😭. Anyways it’s just brilliant and I would definitely recommend. Pro tip : if you can afford it get the premium version .much more helpful.

Glitches in questions/topics
The app was amazing and I truly got an understanding before the new changes and now it’s not picking up nor reading any of my notes or lessons and is basically making unreadable and making too many errors please fix this on account of your app being useful to many

This app is trash, just absolutely trash. It wouldn’t let me make an account and it kept on asking me the same questions. It just absolutely wasted my learning time! Don’t install this app!

Impossible to cancel subscriptions
I subscribed to the app however I don’t need it anymore so tried to cancel but it is impossible as there is nowhere on the app or website to cancel, so now I’m stuck paying for an expensive subscription I never use

Good to study but frustrating subscription experience
I enjoy using the app, but I’m extremely frustrated because I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and haven’t been able to. I’ve contacted support and haven’t received the help I need. I also can’t find any option within my account to manage or cancel my subscription myself, which has made this experience even more frustrating.
I’m continuing to be charged $6.99, and I simply want my subscription canceled. I would really appreciate it if someone from the Gizmo team could reach out and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Pretty decent app
This app helped through half year exams and is pretty easy to use for new students and people who are new to studying or don’t even know how to. All I did was paste my notes in and it started questioning and before I knew it I was addicted to studying. I did achieve straight A’s on my exam and I’m proud of myself for using this app.

I don’t think my grades have ever been this amazing and consistent! I thought the flashcards were helpful enough, but when i found out about the lessons feature… omg it just made things even better!😭awesome and well thought out app!!!!!!
