App not working at all
Only showing the background when opening the app doesn’t do anything else
App will not open
Was a decent app until the last update..3 days ago. After last update can not get past the open mountain screen on app....just a pretty picture of a mtn lake. Completely worthless app now. Very hard to do business and banking online when the bank's app does not work.
Won’t open
When I try to open the app it just shows me the background picture and nothing else. So I can’t even log in :/

I’ve always had problems with this app but now I can’t even open it. It stays stuck at the loading screen. Getting ready to switch banks
App does not open
With this recent update the app loads to the display mountain screen but will not log in. Very very inconvenient.
No one answers the phone
I’ve made several calls in the last month that left me on hold for more than 15 minutes. Once I got ahold of someone, requesting a loan payoff, I was told someone would call me back. That never happened. My husband had to take time out of his work day to go get the letter. You’ve gotten so big, you’ve list your customer service that we once appreciated.

This application is terrible at managing multiple user accounts.
Quality of app
This one of the better apps for banking. It has continued improving over the years. Electronic deposits, transfer money, ease of use. It’s an easy to use straightforward app.

5/5 for service and local bank. 4/5 for minor app inconvenience here and there leading to being unable to see bank rarely. Only on mobile during these times but unfortunately I can’t take my desk top everywhere like I do my phone to check the account.

App opens and absolutely nothing happens
Dumb
Stuck using this bank. There’s no reason to have a million security questions then require you call in order to log in. What’s the point of a security question if I can’t log in using it instead i have to call your back first.
