As I saw glam up I thought it was gonna be really helpful for me and it seemed really good due to the ratings. But then, once you scan your face they ask for money. It ranges to 10 $ weekly , which in my opinion is insane. Maybe I’m just confusing something with something else but I’m not spending that much money on a scan. Although, there is a way to add friends that give you the opportunity to have one scan done so if I do that then I will see if it’s worth it.

Disappointing
Scam-Paid for the App but Never received Any Results
I downloaded the app and paid for the service. However, every time I upload a photo, the app remains stuck on the loading/running page for more than an hour and never produces any results.
I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists every time. I also contacted technical support one week ago, but I still haven’t received any response or assistance.
This has been extremely frustrating, especially considering that I paid for a service that I simply cannot use. The lack of customer support makes the situation even worse. At this point, I feel that the service is not reliable and that I have wasted my money.

Expensive
I downloaded the app thinking it would be free, but it was not. You either had to pay $18 a month or invite three friends to even do anything on the app. Not worth the money or time.
App doesn’t work
I tried multiple times to upload a photo and I got errors each time. I tried to send an email to support asking for assistance and it bounced back. I would like a refund.
