It doesn’t go past verifying your income. You can’t even finish setting up an account

Always trying to make an account, always get to step 2 out of 5, then take me to screen that says… while we wait on your income information you will be directed to verify your identity, and it stays on that screen for hours on end and doesn’t take you anywhere
Can’t start verification
Started signing up then when I did my employment verification it won’t let me continue.!! Be aware this app is sketchy stay away!.
Not allowing me to verify my identity
I really want to use this and see if it works out for me. Unfortunately, I don’t see anywhere to contact customer support. I keep clicking start verification but nothing is happening.
Can’t sign up
I’ve been trying to sign up for the past few months, but can’t. After verifying my number, when I click continue, it doesn’t do anything. And it’s been like that for months.

The app will never let me in
“Invalid audience specified for password grant ex”. Is all it ever says. I know my credentials are right because I’m looking at my account right here online. I have password fill so that rules out user error. Let me know when the login issue is fixed. Until then I’m deleting the app for the fifth time.
