Ads for this app are misleading
Says you can get approved for a loan even with bad credit. All they do is send all your information to different banks, tell you your approved, and once you apply through those banks they automatically deny you any loan. Then you proceed to get more texts and emails saying you’re approved through specific banks and bombarded with telemarketing calls. My phone has been blowing up with missed calls, emails, and texts just to get denied anyways. This app is just thirsty for their 3rd party banks money not about your tough situations!

The app is not what they make it sound like customer service does not help you solve issues you have to constantly reach out to them and recap on your inquiry but it never gets solved i tried to get a refund from their 30 day money back guarantee and i never got it they simply found an excuse.
The best
Ava is incredible, super user friendly, easy to use credit tools, and you don’t have to be rich to use it. Worth the small investment, every single penny.
