Don’t get the app
Before I downloaded the app I used the website version and it was great until they changed the entire website. I downloaded the app and I tried too sign into my website account and it did not work . GLANCE PLEASE GO BACK TOO THE OG WEBSITE SO YOU CAN LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE!!!!!!
Extremely Buggy
I love the LED display but the app is intolerably buggy, almost completely unusable. You can’t release a product to market in this condition. Do better, guys.
Great product
Have had this now since the start of the 2026 World Cup. I am loving it. Seeing regular new features added which is good.
Would be good if for World Cup type events if the scroll would auto remove knocked out teams.

Meh, disappointing
The unit came and worked well for a few months… it continues to disconnect from WiFi and digitally blur out words scrolling on the screen… probably wouldn’t recommend this product
Fun
Love it, the Glance app just works and I’ve been impressed with the overall products. 10/10, some annoyances but it gives you something you never had or owned before and it’s fun and cool

App Sucks: Revised
Had my device unplugged for a couple days. Turned on connected right back to my internet. Opened app and it had no clue. Said searching Bluetooth????? After entering MAC Address Manually it connected immediately. Most people will never be able to do this. Updates are nice
Useless
The app is useless. It asks for a Bluetooth signal but yet it doesn’t read my Glance. The LED works but the app doesn’t I can’t use the app to change items on the LED.
Excellent App
Owners are super responsive to ideas and suggestions by the community and this app proves that. Excellent work team!
Update bricked my device
$700 device. Randomly stops working. They release an update, I install the update, stops working totally. Don’t buy this ever.
Stay away!
Lasted 4 months with nothing but gliches, headaches, leds burning out and now I woke up and it is bricked with no prior update or settings changes. I swear don’t waste your money.
Stopped working tonight
Both my Glance led and the glance app have stopped working tonight, is it an iOS 26.3.1 issue? I hope it’s resolved soon!
Glitches and dead leds
Not worth the money, constantly has glitches in graphics, also unit came with some leds not working at all. This product was a nice idea but seems to go no further than that.
Connected but not
Setup on 2.4 wifi, works for a day maybe. Then screen scrabbles some feeds. Reboot and says ‘Connected to wifi’ and never goes further. Second unit now. When was connected iphone app I changed profiles to be blank on 1 cause it only took first submit, tried 3 but never would change. Rebooted and only the wifi connected again.
On first connection to both units when first setting up, iphone would heat up noticeably until closing app. That was also last time it appeared to listen to edit updates.

DONT BUY
Horrible. Installed, took a long time to set up, doesn’t have a lot of the popular stock tickers, and then stops working! App freezes constantly! It’s not worth the headaches.
Very cool but doesn’t last
My $700 glance scroll, after less than a year, requires me to hit it a few times with my fist per day to stay on. Otherwise it will just go blank. I emailed them to complain and they said to update the software. It IS updated. The hardware is just junk.
