Absolutely shocking. Why is there a pre-booking option if the car is not guaranteed?! At the time when my driver was supposed to be there waiting to pick me up the app was saying that it’s ‘allocating driver’. I waited until I couldn’t anymore, cancelled and booked an Uber instead.
There’s a reason why people pre-book cars to stations/airports in the morning - so that they get there ON TIME! Absolutely useless.

Pricing Inaccurate
Always like £5 over what it says
Terrible app
Constantly signs me out, gives me “somethings went wrong” errors, and doesn’t show me if a car has been booked. I got a cancellation fine because I didn’t see that a car had been booked because the app wouldn’t let me check.
Misleading prices
Disappointed that the estimated price was initially £70 and come the end of the journey it was £91. A small margin is expected but that’s really quite misleading when other options have a cheaper final price.
Non guaranteed bookings
I booked a taxi and at the time it had no issues whatsoever and allowed me to follow through with my booking leading me to believe the booking was guaranteed. They then texted long after me making the booking to say it was in fact not guaranteed. If the taxi is not guaranteed they should not have let me book it or at least have gave a warning. That is a problem on their behalf for overbooking that has now affected me and my time. They had no other solutions when I phoned other than to take my chances with said taxi or cancel. I’m unsure I’ll even be able to get a taxi in time now from the inconvenience. I’m very dissatisfied and would urge others to avoid the company as their are not trustworthy or stable.

Downloaded the app and entered my number. Said it had sent me a code to confirm but no code received. Tried 7 times. Uber it is then.
Improvement
As far as I know the app for example doesn’t let you book multiple pickups from a few different locations to go to same destination as in pick up a friend at a different address then carry on to venue

Proper good. Took my booking and then locked me out of the app after asking for a code to be sent to my phone and never sending it. Had no idea where the driver was and got a text saying “no show” and charged me. Chuffed with that like

booked a taxi for work and it’s still not gave me a driver pre booked it about an hour before getting it phoned up told me i was 1st in the que then proceededs to even more late? recall and no answer typical from this app absolute joke don’t make a taxi company if your going to pull stunts like this people have work!
