Too quick to ban people
They banned me from selling for mentioning insta in a chat, twice . The same chat lol. I understand the policy and would of taken a suspension and understood but I can’t sell anymore after this one instance. In my opinion it’s a little far fetched to react like that over a first time offense. And I spent hours posting all that glass. Which is why I’m mostly annoyed. Check out GlassPass. Same type of platform. they have better reviews too

Unstable.
One of the most frustrating and unstable GUIs I’ve ever used. It’s near impossible to list an item due to it at times. I can’t even load a video from my phone. And when I try on a tablet, the app just closes before I can get the item listed. I’ve managed to sell a couple of small items on here (without video), but I’m going to have to go to the other glass app, to be able to advertise with videos like a normal person should be able to. Very disappointing...especially this far into quality apps being the norm. Things should be seamless. They are not. Good luck with it.

Crashing/freezing, notifications no longer work.
Any time I post something up for sale the app freezes and I have to start over. It typically takes me 4 tries to get something posted. Super frustrating. Recently the app no longer sends me notifications for messages. I have them enabled but they just don’t show. It’s cost me a couple of sales now.

Completely dropped out of contact and haven’t made any effort to resolve a order dispute where I accepted a healthy looking piece of glass out of box only to discover it was full of hardly visible scratches on the inside. Took several days for me to discover that the previous owner had scratches the interior of the pipe neck with a wire brush when trying to clean - something that wasn’t initially visible when inspecting the glass out of box.
After you ‘accept’ a piece of glass, there is no way to go back and amend/review the seller, or settle such a claim.
After bringing this order to admin attention, they said I would be reimbursed partially. Nothings happened yet, aside from being told I was a liar in my previous review.
Meh.
Will be sending my money directly to the artists.
Cool concept, pretty good deals on this app, nice way to trade glass. Not sure how well buyers and sellers are truly protected.

Full of scammers and harassment
This app has so many scammers and the creators cannot stay on top of it. Currently dealing with a situation where a seller sent me wrong and broken items and I requested a refund through the app, they told me to take it up with PayPal, I filed a PayPal claim only to have the seller begin harassing me through GlassGrab, I reported the user and the customer support said it’s his word against mine and and the seller claims I am harassing them. I’m just a customer who was scammed and is now being called a thief with full support of the App creators. Just a thought before using this broken app.

I get No Notifications
I use this app all the time and it’s awesome I love it. One bone to pick though, even with notifications on in app and in my settings I don’t get any. No message notifications, shipping or literally anything. It makes it hard to communicate efficiently and effectively with the buyer or seller.
Absolutely the BEST app out there
The admin behind the app are fantastic to work with. They’re constantly updating, fixing bugs and have made it more user friendly since I started selling through them. They have provided a safe platform for us to sell all you’re glass and heady needs. Whenever I have had an issue they are quick to respond and give great advise when needed. I even got to meet them in person at GlassVegas and they’re as awesome in person as they are over the app and on Instagram!

Best Glass Marketplace
Absolutely the best glass marketplace out there. Hundreds of heady brands and thousands of listings to browse and buy. Selling is super easy as well, and is done completely in app! Customer service is beyond wonderful and responds almost immediately!

I’ve had nothing but really good transactions and support from the team with GlassGrab. Sold multiple rigs on there in my first 10 months on the app and more to come! Definitely worth it

I’ve been using GlassGrab for over a year now and I must say it has been improving on a weekly basis. I bought more than 10 pieces from this app. Most of the transactions were very smooth and the seller were responsive and helpful.
A few times where there was a problem, GlassGrab customer service really helped out. They answered me Whittington an hour, and kept communicating with the sellers. One of the sellers finally flaked and GlassGrab immediately issued a refund. I will continue using this app. The selection of glass is amazing and so is their customer service.

Great customer service
I had a small issue and when contacting customer service they helped greatly and quickly resolved the problem.
Got bit.
Seller claimed they had a Zach Harrison in their description so I skipped looking at photos and gotta dusty, stained ZC glass instead of a Zach Harrison. Am upset.
Edit; I unfollowed the seller and can no longer edit my review; it looks like half my review got chopped off for being too long (when displayed on seller’s account) but theres 0 indication of a length-limit when writing reviews.

I have been using this app for a year or so now I must say that it is very convenient, ive sold several pieces on here securely with no issues ! The majority of clientele are respectful and i would highly suggest this to anyone trying to look for and or sell some glass 🤙🏻

Recent experience.
I don’t want to leave 1 star because for the most part I had a wonderful time on this app purchasing many thousands of dollars in glass. But eventually you run into a bad apple and things fell apart, I’m still trying to get a refund a month later (will update what happens with that) and the best part is GG doesn’t want to ban him because the proof I have isn’t from the glass grab app even though it’s dated and visibly clear the rig was broken months before selling… anyways annoying careful and always make sure to message the person even if it says it’s in mint condition… best part is this broken rig was a featured item… haha jokes on me

Terrible Customer Service / App Crashes / Scammers
Recommend Glass Pass as a superior marketplace. This app will confirm sales without your permission. If you sell elsewhere before you update or you don’t like the price they will charge you a percentage ranging from $5 to more to refund the buyer. Customer service has an attitude and does little to help. Beware of scammers, my pictures were stolen and reposted, after multiple people informed customer service and reported it the advertisement continued to stay up and scam people.

Best option
Buying and selling glass is made easier by using this app and I’m impressed by all the slick features. This was obviously made by someone who knows what the average glass maker needs to sell their work.
