The check if it’s in stock in store button is gone.. what’s the point of having the app lol.

The app keeps closing after scrolling a bit. Maybe it’s a sign that I shouldn’t shop here
Slow
App is so slow and lags. First page is usually fine, but if you want to get to the next pages to view more items it freezes or lags. Better off using the website, which is what I ended up doing.

App rarely works
Honestly it’s easier to just view it on a web browser. The app rarely works 90% of the time. Constant bugs saying no Internet connection and to ‘retry’. I close and open the app a few times and the same error message always pops up.
Log in every time you open the app
I love Glassons and I love the app, EXCEPT every time I open the app I have to log into my account again, even if I go off the app for 1 min. This is really annoying please fix xx

rewards program
Should implement a rewards program so when you purchase items you can earn vouchers to use on your items you buy I just think this would be a good idea as you’ve already got an account but aren’t currently getting any points when you use it
Not the best app
I love glassons clothes, but the app is pretty bad, after maybe 5-10 minutes using the app, it will just suddenly go black and get me off the app. Then when I go back on it doesn’t save where I was left :(

It shows the clothes and looks good but the app is very low quality and doesn’t actually work very well. for example everytime i zoom in or try to full screen on a picture the app shuts itself. also sometimes it doesn’t show all the colours of the item, or you will click on it and it will take you to a complete different section of the app than just switching, and then it won’t show all the colours available. overall it’s fine but definitely had a lot of things that need to be fixed.

Discount doesnt work
Downloaded it to get a 15% discount and the discount code didnt even work. Waste of time
Do not download. worthless. discounts not added.
I downloaded this app for the 20% off advertises if you use the app but it gave me no option for adding a promo code when i checked out, once i put my payment in and pressed "continue to review checkout" it just put it through. I had a different 15% off if that 20 didn't work. I'm never using this app again. I'm never buying from here again. I'm telling every girlfriend in the city not to waste their time. I'm so angry it's ridiculous.
