Glitchy credit card payment

App hangs after credit card authorization by bank. Switched to Apple Pay and vouchers were claimed to be not matching with email address. Please fix these bugs. Uniqlo app is so much smoother and easier to use

Log in issue

Every time I use this app, I need to log in again.

When I open it thinking I can have a browse, I see that prompt to log in again, I exit it.

Constant glitches
Will be in a section browsing - put phone down for a moment and the app resets taking you back to main page.

horrible app and customer service

this app is HORRIBLE. it kicks you out randomly and you have to login in MANUALLY every single time it kicks you out. it takes 30 mins to contact someone in customer service. SHIPPING takes so freaking long as well. you get no order updates apart from “in progress”
