horrible app and customer service
this app is HORRIBLE. it kicks you out randomly and you have to login in MANUALLY every single time it kicks you out. it takes 30 mins to contact someone in customer service. SHIPPING takes so freaking long as well. you get no order updates apart from “in progress”

Honestly the worst shopping app I have ever dealt with. Tell me why my cart is empty, but only once I actually press on it?
I have spent the last I don’t even know how long on putting up with the repeat of: add my TWO items to cart, app tells me they have been added, seeing the number 2 on the cart icon, just for it to say ‘cart empty’ every time I press it.
And to add, only ‘girls’ and ‘unisex’ options to gender filter baby clothes? And even after I pressed unisex, it still gave me nothing but bright pink and flowery clothes until I scrolled for no joke 10 minutes. My little man deserves more ‘boyish’ clothes, and his mumma deserves to be able to select ‘boys’ when specifying bub’s gender and trying to shop in a rush.

Such a useless app
I’ve never had so much trouble with an app in my life, my rewards are never on my account I have to search for them in my emails and keep screenshots because they disappear from my app. Nothing ever loads properly, it logs me out all of the time and when I try and sign in it has 20 issues and won’t sign me in. I have to reset my password all the time because it won’t save the new password. Not recording points on sale items is ridiculous and such a scam. When there are sales on the app it won’t show up on items I add to my cart and I have to go onto the webpage version instead. Gives me codes that the app won’t even accept when it’s for the app. Absolutely sick of this app I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have the same issues and they have had the same issues for years now and don’t seem to care nor will they fix it. Shouldn’t be this hard to shop online

Keeps logging me out
Every single time I exit the app or close it down it makes me log back in! So annoying!!
Glitch
There’s a glitch on activewear, every time I select ‘active shorts’ it says flashes through 5 blank screens then says error. I then select ‘active tops’ and it takes you to a page with 2 sets of underwear and a bikini top ?? This has been an ongoing problem for months now
Worst shopping app!
This app is horrible. It’s horrifically glitchy. The search engine doesn’t work. Whenever I try and search for something. It suddenly opens about 20 tabs of the same thing over and over again and I have to constantly swipe out of it. It also randomly deletes my car or logs me out. It specifically always logged me out whenever I go to place an order so that I don’t get any of the points with perks. This app is so frustrating and hard to scroll on you’re better off using the website!

The WORST Shopping App
There are countless issues with this app, from using other platforms for years this has been such a nightmare experience in comparison - feels like you’re using an outdated interface or one that is genuinely BADLY coded. From the way it constantly crashes to the way you can’t look at a single piece of clothing and just hit the back button without sending the whole search engine into a freak out. Have to re-do all of your specific filter searches every time you click a specific product instead of just adding to cart on the initial search page. Can’t even reset your password without crashing the app, took me 3 tries before I just pulled up the website on my laptop - using your company website should NEVER be easier than your app.

Nothing works
I tried multiple times to log into my account through the app and then I tried through the site and it still wasn’t working and you can’t view your order after making a purchase

this app is hard to navigate. if u open a piece of clothing u literally can’t go back. swiping does not exist here.
Horribly glitchy
Trying to use the search bar is a nightmare it’s super laggy and will randomly open 20 tabs without me pressing anything, it makes it really hard to shop. It also constantly refreshes me out of the page and I loose my place while scrolling plus it constantly logs me out of my account. I have also noticed my orders on my account not showing up and therefore I don’t recieve any perks points or vouchers

Buggiest shopping app I've ever used
Every single thing I do in checkout empties my cart. Completely. I try to search for an in-store pickup address, the whole thing bugs out and I have no choice but to exit checkout. This happened twice in a row it's so frustrating
Logging in
Absolutely the most frustrating and time consuming app of my life. I try to sign in to collect my perks rewards and the app continues to tell me that I am incorrect when inputting my password. I have now reset my password FOURTEEN times yet it still continues to tell me that I am incorrect.
Lagging and lots of bugs
Can barely use it. Constantly going back to the start when you try to go back after looking at an item. If you get out of the app it gets stuck trying to jump between pages
ANNOYING BUG!!!
It is constantly, and I mean constantly, doing security verifications. I can no longer navigate the app it literally pops up for every page you open and sometimes goes on a never ending loop of verifying??? This is recent so hopefully it can be fixed.
Sucks
Every time I open the app it signs me out and it gets exhausting cause it has always done that. Also it’s having issues and not letting me sign back in all of a sudden so that’s great. After I reopen the app while in search it also lags and opens like 50 new searches and I have to reset the app to then sign in again. Fix ur stuff cotton on

This app needs to be updated
I love cotton on and I always use the app but it was incredibly glitchy always logs me out won’t show me my purchases on the app and I struggle to checkout through the app at times my points glitch.
I am upset
The app is really frustrating. Sometimes my gift card doesn’t work, and when Im viewing a top on the site and click the arrow in the corner to see the other tops I get sent straight back to the home page and have to search all over again. Plus, when I cancel checkout because my card isn’t working, my shopping bag disappears it's just ridiculous.

UGH I HATE THIS APP
Everytime I go on the app it logs me out. Then when I try to log in it accepts my passport then doesn’t let me into my account. Then when I try to search up an item it has a fit. I look at one item try to go back or it might even click an item for me then take me to the Home Screen. ITS SO FRUSTRATING and nothing loads. I’ve used this app for years and it’s never done this. So angry
