Reduced Truestream Functionality
No longer are you able to limit, allow, remove devices attached to your Truestream account from the app and the supplied router does not give you the option either.
Buggy
Every so often the app will crash on startup. I think it has something to do with a splash banner that's been added to try to get you to update your contact information. Even though my information has been updated it keeps asking me and it keeps crashing. Then you try again once or twice and it will work.

TrueStream has a bug!
You sign in and everything looks fine and shortly afterwards claims router is offline. Close app and sign in and everything is fine for a short time, repeat. This new version has a big.
Also while I’m on TrueStream something keeps changing my SSID to default and my security to WPA-Wpa personal which causes a big speed drop. I have to login to router and change it back WPA2-personal and speed is 100 mps again! 😡

Your app is trash
I was constantly harassed by your website to download the app and so I finalllllllly did it but I’ve had two successful payments through the app and every other the app fails. It’s the same card information that’s been saved on my account . Fix it for god sakes or get rid of your useless app.
Troubles
APP used to be good. Today for the first time I am locked out. I can’t log into my account at all. What’s going on GLE ?
Truestream link doesn’t work
I have used this app for GLE electric account for years and worked fine. Recently I added Truestream fiber internet service, also from GLE. The link to manage the Truestream router does not show when the app is downloaded on some accounts. They apparently are aware of this problem, but as of this writing some customer still cannot get to the link or control router settings. If you are having trouble getting Truestream link, save yourself a lot of time and frustration and just call the Co. The electric part of the app still works fine.

GLE app on iPad
Every time I open the app on my iPad, it starts to load, then shuts down within seconds. I have shutdown all other apps and rebooted my iPad. Still having the same problem. Not having any issues with the app on my iPhone..
Easy to use and very functional
App is very useful. Easily allows payment of bill, auto pay setup, outage reporting, usage monitoring and more. More functionality will be great in the future but this is a great step forward in the right direction.
Not DTE
This app is terrible. Must be some college grad’s first project. Nothing works right. Power outage updates are non-existent. We’ve been without power for almost 12 hours, and the app says “You may be without power”. No updates. No timeframe. Totally useless.
Take DTE’s lead on this one. Theirs works!
